The process of creating your bespoke piece of jewellery personally with James means there should never be a reason to want to return or exchange an item as the piece is made especially for you, confirmed at every step. Therefore, all of our bespoke jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Under some circumstances, considerations may be made.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
